Below is our clear and complete return policy, including eligible return items, timelines, and instructions.

Items Eligible for Return

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective.

Eligible items include:

  • Misprinted books

  • Damaged books

  • Incorrect or incomplete orders

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Books that are not damaged or misprinted

  • Digital products (ebooks, PDFs, audiobooks)

  • Gift cards

  • Pre-orders after shipment

  • Items returned without prior authorization

All sales are final except in the case of damaged or defective items.

Return Policy Request Window

Return requests for damaged or defective books must be submitted within:

7 days of delivery

Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.

How to Request a Return (Required Step-by-Step Instructions)

To request a return for an eligible item, please follow the steps below:

  1. Email contact@avisionofhopebook.com with the subject line “Return Request.”

  2. Include your order number, photos of the damaged item, and a description of the issue.

  3. Once approved, we will send instructions for returning or replacing your item.

  4. Replacement copies will be sent at no additional cost.

Refund Processing Times

Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

  • Replacement shipments typically arrive within 7–14 days, depending on destination.

Digital Product Refunds

All digital product sales (ebooks, PDFs, audiobooks) are final and cannot be refunded once delivered or accessed.

Cancellations

Orders enter production immediately. As a result:

  • We cannot cancel orders after submission

  • If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately — we will attempt to intercept the order if possible

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are charged at checkout and shipped upon release.

If we cannot fulfill your pre-order for any reason, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
